I absolutely loved the cozy and elegant decoration of the hotel. The common areas were well-maintained and beautiful, making me feel like I was staying in a luxurious home away from home. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel was easily accessible, with conveniently located elevators and handrails for support.

Perhaps the only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is a more attentive and helpful staff. While the children working there were friendly, I would have appreciated some more personalized assistance and guidance throughout my stay.

I always come back to this place. The staff helped me exchange money on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, electric kettle, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Christmas. No regrets!

Everything was great here, enjoyed it. Helpful staff, they were always near. The location itself was marvellous very close to the Tube station, a nightclub and the Tower of London and public transport routes. Overall experience was really great!

Comfortable location right by the Tower of London, the center and food shops and old spitalfields market, tower bridge, everything modern. Room for six-sofa bed.

The shopping district of Oxford Street, Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament were all within easy reach of the hotel. The location couldn't be better for exploring the heart of London.

we had a fab stay in london so close to the tower of london and public transport routes, tube station and a nightclub. the bed was exceptionally comfortable overall. everything was simply great.

The apartment was exactly as described and all guests were very comfortable. The interior was very nicely furnished with high-quality finishes, especially in the bedroom and bathroom. The location was great, within walking distance to a major attraction and public transport routes. Plus, it was really convenient to have a dishwasher and a washing machine in the kitchen, and they even provided products to use them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

That we didn't receive the necessary entry codes to the building until we called and requested them. It would have been helpful if this information had been provided upfront.

Our stay at Tower Hill One was worth every penny. The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The location was perfect, close to the Underground and the Tower of London. The staff treated us exceptionally well, making our stay in the city even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was a wider variety of fresh fruit options.

Oh, what a treat it was to stay at Tower Hill One! The heating was a mystery, so I got to enjoy opening the windows in winter. The kitchen facilities were top-notch, I mean, who doesn't love washing dishes on vacation? And the balcony was just magnificent, nothing like a beautiful view to distract from the chaos inside. All in all, an exquisite experience!

I had so much fun carrying my heavy suitcases up four flights of stairs, and the small second bedroom was a delightful surprise for my children. No air con?
